Because most of our products are custom engraved, it is often easier to email or fax in a drawing or impression than to order online. Please use the following order forms (Adobe PDF format - click here to get Adobe Reader):
Fax to (800) 266-3660 • email to Orders@WesternStamp.com
Using the forms, you may describe fonts, graphics, and layout of the marking product, or fax in a hand-drawn design or copy of existing impression of a required marking device. The online cart does not support graphics upload.
If you are unable to download or view the form, give us a call, and we can e-mail or fax you one, or just take your order over the phone.

Inking methods and mount types : The Mount is the body of the stamp or marking device and contains different types of inking mechanisms. Traditional stamps are simply a handle and impression pad which requires a stamp pad to manually re-ink between impressions. Self-ink stamps have a built-in inking mechanism that automatically re-inks using an internal pad. Pre-ink stamps use an internal pre-inked cartridge (easily re-inkable) that keeps the impression surface inked for hundreds of impressions.
Ink types: Regular ink is often water-based and comes in a variety of vibrant colors; it is used for traditional or self-ink mounts, for simple paper, cardboard, wood and porous-surface marking. Indelible inks cannot be erased or washed out, and are safe for delicate surfaces such as glossy photos, CDs and DVDs, cellophane, and many kinds of plastics and finishings. Permanent ('W' Super) ink is resistant to solvents, oil and water, so it cannot be easily removed, and is excellent for marking glass, metal, marble, ceramic, and other non-porous surfaces. Invisible or U.V. ink is used for unintrusive quality control, is only visible with U.V. light, and is usually permanent; a safer, water-based variety is used for body or produce marking.
