from Western Stamp or providing feedback via
e-mail will only be used to acknowledge or respond to that feedback.
It is our strict policy not to disclose any information we receive
from our website to third parties.

Personal information at Western Stamp,

information. In general, you can visit Western Stamp on the Web
without telling us who you are or revealing any information about

make a sincere effort to respond to your requests to correct personal

Mailing Lists, B2B Emails, and Spam Law Compliance
We understand e-mails are a very sensitive issue. Western Stamp, Inc is in full compliance with all e-mail collection procedures and anti-spam laws. We send legitimate B2B Business Offers in accordance with electronic regulations. See spam laws here.
Anti-spam laws address deceptive advertising. Our e-mail campaigns, newsletters, and special offers are not deceptive. They very clearly state our intention, our business, our domain name and e-mail address(es), as well as our physical address and a legally required removal ("opt-out") mechanism. We also often include a toll-free 800 number, which is over and above what the laws require.
Again, we at Western realize that e-mail is a sensitive and personal issue to many people, and we do our best to keep you off of our mailing list as per your request. We automatically process remove requests by maintaining an "opt-out" list. By maintaining "opt-out" addresses, you cannot be contacted even if your e-mail is added to the list at a future date. However, make sure that you are sending the "opt-out" e-mail from the account which is actually receiving our newsletters or flyers. For security purposes, you cannot opt-out someone else's email, and therefore must send the "opt-out" from the e-mail address to which we are sending the correspondence. If you are unable to do this due to an e-mail alias, forwarding, or some other configuration issue, please attach or forward the e-mail advertisement itself which will contain the correct address to opt-out.
